Refund policy

Upon delivery of the item, the buyer has a 7-Day period to request a return and provide tracking information.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A full refund of the purchase price minus original shipping costs will be issued once the instrument is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original, 'as-shipped' condition.

Exchanges are an option upon approval.

Once issued, refunds typically process within 3 business days.
