First off, WOW!

This soprano really provides a tremendously fun playing experience encompassing flexibilty, comfortable ergonomics, and two choices of neck. The M1 or the M1R which, is slightly curved design that many players find extremely comfortable. Yamaha designed this horn very well with sturdy ribbed construction.

The YSS-675 is prized for its rich tone, ease of blowing, and precision tuning — characteristics that make it very playable for experienced musicians but also rewarding for advancing students and professionals alike. Many players rate the 675 as comparable in feel and sound to more expensive custom soprano models.

This particular example remains in excellent condition, plays very well, the pads corks and felts are in great shape; the horn comes with the original case.

This first gen features the G1 neck and provides a nice flexible sound with quick response.
